Overview
Unrivalled value for money
The TOP-reactor system (TRS) is a new wastewater treatment system built on Ing. Jan Topol’s 30 years of experience in manufacturing and servicing domestic treatment plants. Its design is patent-protected in the Czech Republic (patent No. 309614 of 2022) and in other EU countries – a product unrivalled in the EU for price and utility.
The plants come in two variants: single-tank, with circular tanks nested inside each other (TRS 5, 6, 8 and 10 PE), and two-tank, with two separate circular tanks on a common foundation slab or connected on site.
Advantages of the patented design
- Simple construction and full reliability – controlled by a single electric valve
- No hand tap or other element the user has to regulate
- No coarse dirt bin to clean – coarse matter decomposes in the accumulation
- No anaerobic zones that could cause odours
- Excess sludge storage for 3 to 6 months
- Fault signal in the basic version
Treatment in three phases
1. Filling
Wastewater flows into the accumulation tank while the bioreactor is aerated and the water is biologically treated; the accumulation is aerated and mixed.
2. Sedimentation
At the filling level the blower switches off for a set time and the sludge settles at the bottom of both tanks.
3. Discharge
Pre-treated water is pumped into the sludge layer of the bioreactor, pushing treated water to the surface and on to the outlet.
