Overview

The new dimensional standard for photovoltaic panels brings new challenges

Industrial photovoltaic panel structures use durable materials to ensure stability and resistance to weather and mechanical stress. They are designed to optimise the orientation and inclination of the panels to extract the maximum amount of solar energy. Careful planning and technical precision in their construction play a key role in the high efficiency and long-term reliability of the PV system.

Construction 13×4H Utility Bifacial

  • A brand-new design for bifacial panels minimises rear shielding
  • Optimised price-performance ratio
  • Fast installation
  • High stability
  • Smooth delivery
  • Driven and drilled piles
  • Ideal for connecting 200–330 kW inverters (8/16 strings)

Design parameters for bifacial panels

  • Pre-galvanised construction, 25 microns
  • Angle 10–30°, expansion joint at most every 24 m
  • Minimum height 600–800 mm
  • Steel S235+Z, S220GD+Z, S355+Z, S320GD+Z
  • Warranty 10 years
  • Service 30 years

Anchoring

  • Screws: diameters 57–108 mm, thicknesses 2–5 mm, lengths 550–5,000 mm
  • Hammered piles: C shape, thicknesses 2–4 mm
  • Steel S235+Z, S220GD+Z, S355+Z, S320GD+Z
