• Job applications – your name, contact details, message and the CV or other attachments you send.

We use the data only to answer you, prepare an offer or assess your application – steps before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.

How long

Form messages are deleted from the website automatically after 24 months unless they lead to a contract. Applicants’ CVs are kept only for the duration of the recruitment unless you agree to a longer period.

Who has access

We pass your message only to the company of NWT Group it concerns and to the hosting provider that runs the website for us. We do not transfer data outside the European Union and never sell it.

Cookies and statistics

The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Visits are counted anonymously – without cookies and without storing IP addresses or other identifiers.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and to object. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz).
