Waste management

Efficient and environmentally friendly processing of waste into high-value energy raw materials

We are leading experts in the fields of energy, chemistry, waste management, gas and industrial infrastructure.
We have experts with more than 20 years of experience in the field who set the direction of technological development and the level of industrial innovation in Central Europe. In the past, these experts have been involved in the successful implementation of major projects where investment costs reached billions of Czech crowns.
We design and deliver investment units in the following fields:
  • Energy recovery of municipal waste
  • Energy recovery of hazardous waste
  • Mechanical and biological treatment plants for mixed waste
  • Production of solid alternative fuel from waste
  • Composting plants
  • Utilisation of landfill gas
  • Technological solutions for municipal waste landfills
In the field of waste management, we focus primarily on turnkey deliveries. The construction process is fully managed by our company. In the context of investment units, our group is able to assist with arranging project financing or offer support in negotiations with investment companies in the Czech Republic and abroad.
Within this field we are able to provide:
  • Feasibility studies
  • Project management
  • Tender documentation
  • Basic Design documentation
  • Documentation Detail Design
  • As-build documentation
  • Comprehensive Testing Project
  • Operating Manuals

Biomass Thermolysis

The resulting product is pyrolytic coke, oil or gas usable for heat and power generation
Thermolysis is a physico-chemical process that applies a high temperature of about 400-1000 °C to the input material (biomass, sewage sludge, etc.), which exceeds the chemical stability limit of the organic compounds present, leading to their decomposition into stable low molecular weight products and a solid residue. The low molecular weight products (e.g. pyrolysis gas) can be used to generate electricity and heat. Another low molecular weight residue is pyrolysis oil, which has similar properties to light fuel oil and can be used as a fuel for some types of internal combustion engines or for heat generation, etc.
Input materials for thermolysis:
  • municipal and industrial waste (separated)
  • bio-waste, wood chips, grass
  • minor or moderately toxic waste (hospital waste)
  • plastic waste
  • meat and bone meal
  • waste rubber, mining belts, rubber products and worn-out tires
  • sewage sludge and various types of excreta
  • other types of material of an organic nature
