Biogas stations

Use of organic waste as fuel for heat production and
electricity

BGS can be used to process municipal waste and thus help reduce the amount of waste that has to be landfilled

We offer turnkey construction of biogas stations (BGS). We are specialists in large industrial installations as well as large and small agricultural biogas plants. We know that a BGS has to operate in extreme conditions for a minimum of 25 years without failure - i.e., it is not a consumer product. We take care to use quality components and have negotiated exclusive terms with leading manufacturers of systems and process units. We provide our clients with professional services, warranties, monitoring and servicing.
BGS represents a stable source of power generation for the transmission system. The station produces electricity without fluctuations all day and all year round. The BGS allows you to regulate electricity production up and down as needed. BGS has a positive impact on the environment (reduction of ammonia emissions into the air and the risk of water pollution, production of quality fertiliser).
We provide:
  • feasibility studies
  • energy audit
  • project documentation
  • building permits
  • turnkey construction of biogas plant
  • insurance
  • energy sales license
  • connection of the plant to the distribution network
  • monitoring and maintenance
